Phase 1 Due Diligence Questions

What we have: $175/hr labour rate, 10 bays, 8 techs, 75% productivity, 7,821 billable hrs/yr, service revenue $2.52M FY25.
Question: Does Elite track any internal KPIs or dashboards for the service department? (e.g. hours per RO, effective labour rate, bay utilization)
What we have: PBS is the primary system. 1,000+ Google reviews. ~400–500 retail units/yr plus service customers.
Question: How many total customers are in the PBS database? (Approximate is fine)
Question: Please provide monthly P&L statements for the last 6 months (Sep ’25 – Feb ’26). These can be exported directly from your accounting software.
Why: Monthly breakouts are needed for buyer trend analysis and seasonality review.
